Perform diagnostics, repair, and validation of consumer electronics including cellphones, laptops, and robotic vacuum cleaners. Experience with SMD rework and circuit-level troubleshooting required.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, pick & pack, and outbound shipments. Manage a team of warehouse associates and ensure SOP compliance and safety standards.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with UPS, FedEx, and USPS carriers. Track logistics, generate waybills, resolve shipping exceptions, and communicate status updates to customers.
Implement and maintain AQL inspection standards and FQA processes. Conduct product audits, identify failure trends, and drive continuous improvement across repair and refurbishment lines.
Manage key customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for aftermarket supply chain services. Bilingual (English/Chinese) strongly preferred. Experience in B2B tech services a plus.
Process returned consumer electronics through our refurbishment line. Perform cosmetic inspection, cleaning, testing, and packaging following strict SOP guidelines. Entry-level welcome — training provided.
